This market knowledge, combined with our in-house due diligence expertise, puts Borealis Infrastructure in a position to pick and choose the best opportunities for investors.

We expeditiously access capital because of our alignment with pension funds, investment bankers, corporations and other investors. We know how to structure equity ownership to the investors' best interests. Although not involved in day-to-day operational management, we ensure that:

• the assets are managed in accordance with an approved growth strategy;
  
•  capable operating managers are in place and have appropriate incentives that align their interests with those of the investor/owners;
• detailed performance reports are filed monthly, quarterly and annually; and 
  
• the focus is on long-term rates of return, consistent with the risks accepted by, and investment guidelines approved by, the investor/owners.

Where the equity investment is substantial, Borealis Infrastructure executives serve on the boards of directors of investee companies.
We work with investors to ensure each investment meets their requirements with respect to qualifying criteria, duration and an appropriate exit strategy. Investors can commit to infrastructure opportunities on a project-by-project basis
