Infrastructure investing is complex, time-consuming and involves substantial commitments of capital over periods of time as long as 30 years. To ensure that management has informed governance oversight, Borealis Infrastructure will have a five-member board of directors dominated by five qualified individuals. The Borealis Infrastructure Board is currently comprised of the following directors:
