	J. Michael Rolland, President & CEO Has overall executive responsibility for OMERS investments in infrastructure assets. Appointed to the position of President of Borealis Infrastructure in March 2007 after six years as Senior Vice President of Borealis primarily responsible for infrastructure buildings business unit, specializing in investments in healthcare institutions, government facilities and related investments. Developed and led the public sector and healthcare finance practice of an investment banking group. Former principal of private financial advisory firm specializing in corporate and structured financings. Former senior tax manager at an international accounting firm. 	John Knowlton, Executive Vice President & General Counsel Experienced in structuring international P3 projects and in drafting and negotiating financing and commercial contracts. Former associate at Torys in Toronto and former senior legal counsel at Bombardier Transportation. Honors BA (Economics), University of Western Ontario: MBA & LLB, University of Ottawa.
	Rheal Ranger, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Responsible for the corporate business unit, including responsibility for finance, accounting, reporting, and administrative functions for all of Borealis' stakeholders. Seventeen years experience with Standard Broadcasting as Director of Taxation and Controller and President and Chief Financial Officer of several of Standard Broadcasting's operating subsidiaries. 	Rick Byers, Executive Vice President Jointly responsible for management of the transactions team at Borealis. Sixteen years in investment banking with BMO Capital Markets. Transaction and advisory experience with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Highway 407, NAV Canada, Canada Post, VIA Rail and Atomic Energy of Canada. Former staff member of the Minister of Finance in Ottawa. MBA from the University of Ottawa and Chartered Accountant.
	John McManus, Executive Vice President Responsible for a broad range of domestic investments in infrastructure assets. Six years with Rider Group Inc., a private investment company. Led sale of Rider Travel Group to British firm. Former senior manager at an international accounting firm; B.Comm., University of Toronto; Chartered Accountant.
	Paul Calder, Senior Vice President - Global Research & Credit Responsible for credit, research and analytical support of Borealis transaction and asset management teams. Prior experience with Standard & Poor’s Infrastructure practice for ten years includes toll facilities, airports, PPP, general transportation assets and public finance. 	Andrew Lin, Senior Vice President Specializes in transportation and energy sectors. Experienced in complex corporate structuring and analysis as an investment banker with Scotia Capital. 	Catherine Connolly, Vice President Responsible for western Canadian infrastructure transactions, in all sectors. 	Robert T. Deutschmann, Vice President With more than fifteen years experience, responsible for a broad range of infrastructure investments. Past experience includes property development at Oxford Properties Group and Bramalea Limited, and asset management of a TD Bank owned national property portfolio. 	Mark Murphy, Vice President Responsible for healthcare related infrastructure projects. With 11 years of government and consulting experience, was most recently a senior manager in the Ontario Government leading the development of 20,000 new long-term care facility beds. 	Reena Sagoo, Vice President - Finance Responsible for accounting, reporting and performing financial analyses for all of Borealis' stakeholders. 	Darren Soanes, Vice President Performs due diligence on investment opportunities. Broad experience in venture capital, business systems consulting and development, enterprise software, supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing and civil engineering. 	Inderjit S. Benawra, Assistant Vice President Joined Borealis transaction team in June 2007. Over 15 years investing experience including ten years with OMERS Debt Private Placement. 	Jim Woods, Assistant Vice President Responsible for the analysis, review, monitoring and management of investments and various projects within the MUSH sector. Joined Borealis in 2002 as Director, Client Reporting responsible for all reporting requirements of Borealis Infrastructure. 	Thomas Kirkpatrick, Director IT Systems Responsible for the adoption, integration and operation of business intelligence solutions. Has designed, developed and managed industry leading processes and applications in the real estate industry. Previous experience includes positions as controller, accounting systems consultant and auditor. Former Manager, Business Information Services with OMERS Realty. B. Com. 	Shah Razac, Director, IT Infrastructure & Support Responsibility for ensuring the alignment of current and new technology with strategic business initiatives as well as day to day operations and integrity of the Borealis Infrastructure’s information technology. Over 14 years of real estate experience spanning the areas of accounting, treasury and information technology. Former employment with Hammerson Canada (Treasury Manager) and OMERS Realty Management Corporation (Director, IT Infrastructure and Internet Strategies).
	Maureen Stinson, Director Human Resources Responsible for operations in human resources, payroll & benefits as well as facilities management in office space totalling 40,000 square feet. Brings to Borealis over 25 years of experience in these areas of office operations. B.Sc. (Biology) McMaster University.
